Services
- We are an Arkansas-approved harvester and electronically submit your fingerprints to the Arkansas State Police for processing. Additionally, we offer fingerprint cards (FD-258) for FBI background checks and provide encrypted EFT files for Form 1 and Form 4 ATF applications.
- Our mobile notary service is ideal for those with busy schedules or limited mobility. We bring the notary to you, making it easy and convenient to get your documents notarized. Whether you're at home, work, or another location, we're here to help.
- We provide high-quality passport photos that meet all official U.S. passport requirements. Your passport photos are ready within minutes, so you won't need to make a return trip to the office for pickup.

Yes, we are an Arkansas State Police approved Harvester.
Yes, we operate by appointment only.
You will need to bring a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport.
Yes, we offer mobile notary services. For mobile appointments, we charge a travel fee of $25 for the first 5 miles from our office in Siloam Springs, and $2 per additional mile thereafter. In addition to the travel fee, standard notarial fees apply.
We are located at 608 S. Hico Street Suite 118 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
Yes, we offer fingerprinting for FBI background checks, and we are working on providing FBI channeling services in the near future.
Yes, we offer fingerprinting services for out-of-state clients and can supply FD-258 cards.
